Snow

How much more snow are we getting? Winter needs to be over ASAP spring break is here in a few days where im going home white oak a suburb of Pittsburgh.... would be nice to take a trip but thats not in my buget for this year. Hopefuly we have a few nice days over for break for getting out of the house.

SCUBA

Yesterday in my Scuba class we had a kind of free day. This was ok but just the other day Mr.O Finally got in water scooters, this was one of the sickest things I’ve ever used going form just a underwater time in the pool to turning on a dime under water and feeling like i could just fly.

Hey all, time for my blog what does everyone think about Wii I myself think its great you workout as your playing a game its amazzing over break i got one hell of a workout from it its sick how you can litterly play the game you move the game moves.

Sports

The dangers in sports, now that sports are so big in the USA and other parts of the world injuries seem to happen more often. With players becoming faster stronger and also bigger this will happen. With my own personal experiences in sports injuries I have tore an ACl and dislocated my shoulder. But luckily with the bettering of athletes so has our medical practice.

Sick last week

Last weekend consisted of one thing being in bed for 48 hours the flue or something is going around SRU . Now thinking how i got the sickness Being around hundreds of people, i was thinking why should someone sick go to class (well i need to pass #1) so i did on Monday but then as a teaching you need to look out for the best interest of your student so you must send them to the nurse. Our nurse being the health center told me they couldn't help and just go home.

Tomorrow the big day super bowl XLII its amazing how big one game is. How TV HD has changed the way we all watch television's in 2009 all TV will have to be HD or your going to have to buy a box that will convert to the older settings. whats going to be next?

Hey all, just got my post in be for 12am, have any of you see the new I pod touch it just blows my mild how fast new tech is out on the market is to the people the new I pod is the cheaper version of the I phone. this is great for the class room or outside the class room. Such as the gym and other things.
